The Event Process

MENU CREATION

All of our menus are unique creations based on your likes, interests, and seasonal availability. We specialize in multicultural weddings and always enjoy a challenge, so we are happy to take your requests! Fried whole red snapper for 100 people, Filipino style lechon, a full Turkish kebab menu with mezzes and homemade sourdough pitas, a menu that is a balanced mix of Korean and New American, we invite any vision or inspiration.

Cocktail hour menus can include passed hors d'oeuvres, stationary items, or even street food style stations. Our main style of service is family style, but we also offer floating and cocktail style dinners.

Beverage

Once we sort out the menu, we can move on to the beverage packages! While we offer a few standard packages, each on is customizable for your unique event. Our in house mixologist can create cocktails to pair with the menu theme and offer other suggestions for wine, beer, mixers and non-alcoholic drinks. We are always happy to take your lead!

Korean Tasting

Tastings

We love doing tastings! Tastings are held at our. kitchen space in Brooklyn on select weeknights or Saturday afternoons. Tastings are $100 per person and include each menu item, wine, and dessert! $200 will be credited to your invoice upon officially booking with us.

Booking

Once we agree upon a proposal that works, book us! We require a signed contract detailing the work involved and a deposit to secure the date. The remaining adjusted balance is due 5 business days prior to your event.
