The Event Process
All our menus are unique creations based on your likes and interests. We enjoy a challenge! Fried whole red snapper for 100 people, Filipino style lechon, a full Turkish kebab menu with mezzes and homemade sourdough pitas, a menu that is a balanced mix of Korean and New American, we invite any request or vision.
Cocktail hour menus can include passed hors d'oeuvres, stationary items, or even street food style stations. Dinners can be buffet style, family style, or even a progression of different snacks and dishes with no formal seating at all.
Once we sort out the menu we can move on to the beverage packages. Dan our in house mixologist can create cocktails to pair with the menu theme and offer other suggestions for wine, beer, mixers and non-alcoholic drinks.
Next we work on the total aesthetic for the event. Whether you use Corbin our amazing in house wedding coordinator or you choose your own, we will work closely with you to make sure your vision comes alive. At our disposal are professional florists, wedding planners, designers, cake makers, rental companies, lighting companies, stationary designers, even hair and makeup.
We love doing tastings! They can be scheduled either at our kitchen, at Broadway Party Rentals showroom or other agreed upon locations. They are free of charge if you book your wedding with us, otherwise they are $100 per person. We will also provide a beverage tasting with Dan our mixologist.
Once we agree upon a proposal that works, book us! We require a signed contract detailing the work involved and a deposit of 50 percent of the total amount.
