Thank you for everything you did to make our wedding awesome.
You and your staff totally blew away our expectations. Such a pleasant surprise to have Corbin (did I get it right? In his words, “Honey, call me whatever you want.”) With humor and kindness he returned the bits sanity we didn’t realize were missing.
The waitstaff was equally awesome, professional, and attentive. Even the most notoriously fussy of my guests only had good things to say.
Aaron and his epic bar were the perfect compliment to your catering, so thanks for that recommendation.
And, of course, the food was incredible. Everyone loved it and keeps telling me so. “It was restaurant food, not ‘wedding’ food,” my mom keeps complimenting (along with a long gushing rant about the flatbreads and swordfish and salad and and and and). My only regret is that I was so riddled with adrenaline that I could barely eat. We did manage to try everything, but only enough to inspire cravings for the whole meal over again.
Last but certainly not least, you! You have a calm and confident energy that inspires trust, a presence that totally helped ease our stress. Thank you for being awesome, and for running the catering operation in your likeness.
